What to expect
What happens when you call
- 1. We talk for a few minutes. You describe the project, we ask what the house is doing, peeling, dated cabinets, a bathroom that needs gutting, and confirm you're in our service area.
- 2. We set up a free on-site estimate, usually within a few days. It takes 20–45 minutes depending on the size of the job.
- 3. You get a written quote with the prep steps, repairs, products and price spelled out, no vague single number.
- 4. You pick a start date. No pressure and no same-day-only discounts. Take the quote and compare it.

What to have ready
- The rooms or areas you want done, and roughly how many
- Whether it's interior, exterior, or both
- Any known problem spots: peeling paint, soft trim, water stains, sticking doors
- Rough ceiling height and whether there are stairwells or vaulted areas
- Colors or finishes you're leaning toward, if you already know
- Your ideal timeline, and any dates the house needs to be clear
