We only collect what we need to quote and complete your project. We do not sell your information.

When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, project address, a description of the work, and any project photos you choose to attach. We also record which page you submitted the request from so we know what service and area you were reading about.
If you call or text us instead, we keep whatever details you give us over the phone so we can prepare a quote and schedule a visit.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and follow up about your project. We may send you an email or text confirming that we received your request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Requests and photos are stored privately and are only accessible to JM Painting & Remodeling staff. We use standard service providers to host the website, store submitted photos, and send email on our behalf. They may process your information only to provide those services.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the cookies needed to load pages and protect form submissions from abuse. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, this page will be updated to say so.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your request or your photos at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Any email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
Children
This site is meant for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
