Using this site and requesting work
By browsing this website or sending us an estimate request, you agree to the terms below.
Estimates and pricing
Any range, figure, or timeline shown on this site is general information, not a quote. A binding price comes only from a written estimate we provide after seeing the property. Estimates may change if the scope changes or if hidden conditions such as wood rot, moisture, or failed substrate are uncovered once work begins.
Scheduling and site access
Start dates depend on weather, material availability, and the projects ahead of yours. You agree to provide safe access to the work areas, to move or protect valuables and fragile items, and to point out anything on the property we should avoid.
Work, materials and warranty
We perform work in a professional manner using the materials described in your estimate. Manufacturer warranties on paint, stain, siding, and fixtures belong to those manufacturers. Any workmanship warranty we offer is stated in your written estimate or invoice and does not cover normal wear, movement or settling of the structure, storm and water damage, or work altered by someone else.
Payment
Deposits, progress payments, and final payment terms are set out in your written estimate. Change orders are agreed before the extra work is performed.
Cancellation
Either of us may cancel before work begins. If materials have already been ordered or custom items produced for your project, those costs remain payable.
Photos you send us
When you attach photos to a request, you confirm you have the right to share them and you allow us to use them internally to prepare your estimate. We will not publish photos of your property publicly without asking you first.

Images shown in the gallery and across the site represent the type of work we do. They are not a promise of an identical result on your property.
Website content
The text, images, logo, and layout of this site belong to JM Painting & Remodeling and may not be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep information accurate and current, but the site is provided as is and may contain errors or omissions.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any claim connected to this website or to a project is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
